Wanting to re-use materials from the He Toki house build, with some basic measurements and a rough sketch on a piece of scrap timber, the sustainability project begun.
Treated timber has been used for the framing, plywood for the sides / bottom, tantalised blocks for the caster wheels, building wrap and cedar weatherboards for the exterior including the capping.
Thank you to all who assisted with this project - it was a great opportunity to utilise the skills and learnings to then apply it.
The planter box will be gifted to the lucky buyer of the 2024 He Toki house.
