Sauna on Albany
On the third floor of the OUSA Clubs and Socs building is a sauna – the perfect way to take a break on a chilly day! Set at a steamy 84 degrees, the sauna can accommodate up to 8 people.
Sauna Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Currently closed on weekends
Session length
All sessions run on the hour for 45 minutes.
You have 45 minutes to use the sauna and 15 minutes to exit, get changed and return your key to reception.
Price
$6 for students* and $15 for non-students (discounted concessions cards available).
Payment is required before booking your spot. You will need to show your Student ID to receive student rates.
Private/closed sessions: $30 total for students or $50 total for non-students (irrelevant of how many people turn up, maximum 8). To book a private/closed session simply book up all 8 spots. To receive the student rate all participants must be students and show their Student ID.
*Student rates apply to current Otago University and Otago Polytechnic students. Please read through all Terms & Conditions before making your booking.
