On Wednesday 17 September, we’ll be hosting the third session in our Cook with Anjali series, led by Bachelor of Culinary Arts student, Anjali.
This time, Anjali will guide participants through the preparation of a classic Chicken Biryani – fragrant rice layered with tender chicken, warming spices, and fresh herbs.
The class offers a chance to learn hands-on techniques, explore flavour, and share a meal together.
The cost is $10, which covers all ingredients. Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your place.
