NZ-style Tapas Lunch crafted by our Year One Culinary Arts Degree students.
$30 per person includes five savoury + one sweet.
(GF and vegetarian options available, please ask your friendly service staff)
- Kumara Rösti Bite with Herb Crème
- Smoked Salmon Mousse on Sourdough Crostini
- Mini Beef Mince Empanada
- Grilled Chicken skewers with Chimichurri
- Sweetcorn Croquette with Citrus Mayo
- Portuguese Egg Tart (includes complimentary espresso beverage of your choice)

Please let your server know if you have any dietary requirements – we will do our best to accommodate; however, we can only guarantee LOW gluten and nut allergens due to the kitchen environment.
