Abstract

This practitioner thesis depicts my journey of Master of Professional Practice of exploring the way to coach more effectively and profoundly. Specifically speaking, depicting my practice from a positive psychology coach to a coach informed by a more integrated approach. In this thesis, I will describe a model of positive psychology coaching, then the gaps I discovered and then introduce an integrated model which integrate positive psychology with embodied coaching. I also describe motivations, context, the potential impact of this change and end with a suggested new framework of professional practice and future discussion.
