Cancellation must be made before 1pm of the day prior to the delivery otherwise a 50% charge will apply.
Deliveries after 4pm will be cold food only unless over $250 in value.
Bookings must be made by 11am on the working day prior to the event.
If your function requires staff, an hourly fee will be added i.e. SOLA Bar Manager.
Tablecloths can be hired with 5 days notice.
All food is to be consumed within 2 hours under Food Safety regulations.
A delivery charge will apply to off site deliveries
In-house orders: payment is by journal entry to your BUN number
External orders: please supply your billing details upon confirmation of your order.
